These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Haravale Towns website at haravale.ca (the “Site”), operated by PTH Management (“PTH Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Use of the Site

You may use the Site for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any applicable law or regulation.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information through any form on the Site, including rental registrations or applications.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, or introduce viruses or other harmful code.
• Scrape, copy, or reproduce content from the Site without our prior written consent.

No Offer to Lease or Sell

Information on the Site — including descriptions, floor plans, pricing, availability, amenities, and renderings — is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer to lease, sell, or guarantee a unit. All rentals are subject to availability, credit and reference checks, signed lease agreements, and our standard application and approval process. Specifications, finishes, features, and prices are subject to change without notice.

Renderings and Artistic Impressions

Renderings, illustrations, and images shown on the Site are artist’s impressions and are for marketing purposes only. Actual buildings, units, finishes, views, and landscaping may differ from what is depicted.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, renderings, floor plans, videos, and the overall design and arrangement — is the property of PTH Management or its licensors and is protected by Canadian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. “Haravale,” “Haravale Towns,” and related logos are trademarks of their respective owners. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written permission.

Submissions

When you submit information through the Site (such as a registration, application, or inquiry), you represent that the information is accurate and that you have the right to provide it. We may use information you submit as described in our Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by PTH Management. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. Accessing those websites is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PTH Management, its affiliates, and their respective directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Site, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PTH Management and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

Changes to the Site and Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site, or any part of it, at any time and without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable in that province, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved in the courts located in Ontario, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
